Reltomi watches the checkout in real time. When a session ends with items in the cart, the recovery sequence starts on a fixed delay you set per store.

How long does it take to install? +

Under an hour for Shopify and BigCommerce. You install the app, connect a sending number for SMS, and pick your delay. We don't ask for theme edits or custom code.

Do I pay carrier fees for SMS? +

Yes — carrier fees pass through at cost (roughly $0.008 per US message). They show as a line item on your monthly invoice, no markup. You can cap monthly spend in the dashboard.

Is this compliant with TCPA and GDPR? +

We only send to shoppers who explicitly opt in at checkout, and every SMS includes a STOP keyword that's honored immediately. Opt-in records are kept for the legal retention window. GDPR deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.

What counts as a "recovered cart"? +

A cart is counted as recovered when a shopper who received at least one Reltomi message returns and completes a paid order within 7 days. Refunded orders are removed from the count automatically.

Can I edit the message copy? +

Every message is editable. We ship default copy that performs well across our merchant base, but most stores rewrite the second follow-up to match their tone. Variables like first name and cart total are available.

What happens if I cancel? +

Sequences stop sending immediately. Your historical attribution data stays available for 90 days so you can export. We don't lock customer phone numbers or email lists — they remain yours.
